Briquette Press Model EcoStan®100 is one of the best briquette machines in the Industry. Our machine is far superior as compared to all available machines in the market because entire production is in-house. Moreover, it can be widely used to make briquettes from different raw material such as Sawdust, Bagasse, Rice Husk etc. Likewise, briquettes can be made directly from the raw material which is up-to 25MM in size, without any grinding process. Power used for this Briquette Machine is 89 HP – 114 HP, it depends on different feedstock. We are using only international standard motors. Furthermore, we are fabricating complete solution right from the receiving till end product.

EcoStan® Screw Conveyors

The Conveyors are used for drifting the raw material from the feeding end to discharge end. Best quality tempered worms are used to increase the life span of Conveyor. Automatic drives are fitted to adjustment the speed of material in-feed.

Belt conveyors are suitable in mobile production, it helps to transport the material and eliminate the excess use of labor to do continuous production of goods. Moreover, these conveyors help to drift the material which is big in size.

Vibrating Machine

EcoStan® Vibrating Machine

Vibrating Machine consists of wire netting which always Vibrates at the time of working. The raw material is screened as per the requirement of in-feed size and make material free from Iron nails etc. Screened material is transported to the machine with the help of conveyors.

Flash Dryer

ECOSTAN® Flash Dryer

Process: The wet raw-material is fed-into the dryer with the help of in-feed screw conveyor. The raw-material along with the hot air is conveyed with the help of pneumatic conveying. The dried material enters into a cyclone with the help of Id Fan(s). Further the dried material is discharged at discharge end by airlock(s).

Use: Flash dryer is used for drying any granulated agricultural or forest waste raw material. The dried material can be used as a Biomass for heat generation or for making High quality Biomass Pellets or Biomass Briquettes.

Type of Dryers:

Two types of flash dryers are available, the choice of each dryer depends on the moisture content of the raw material.

  • Flash Dryer Single Pass: When the moisture content in the raw material is up-to 25% then a single pass dryer is used.
  • Flash Dryer Double Pass: When the moisture content in the raw material is up-to 35% then double pass dryer is used.

In-put raw materials: Any type of agriculture and forest waste in granulated form can be processed and dried with the help of Flash Dryer such as: sawdust, press mud, bagasse, paddy straw, sugarcane straw, coir pith, soybean husk, mustard straw etc.

Rotary Drum Dryer

ECOSTAN® Rotary Drum Dryer

Process: The wet raw material is fed into the drum dryer with the help of in-feed screw conveyor. The raw-material in the rotating drum gets in direct contact with heat generated from furnace. The moisture from raw-material gets evaporated and further sucked by Id Fan(s). The dried material gets discharged from the discharge screw conveyor.

Use: Rotary Drum Dryer is used for drying the moisture content from the raw material which is having the moisture up-to 50%. The dried material can be used as a Biomass for heat generation, making Biomass Pellets & Biomass Briquettes or for other purposes.

In-put raw materials: It possesses the ability to process material having considerable variation in size and composition because this dryer is less sensitive to particle size as compared to other dryers, thus it can be used for a wide variety of raw materials. Any agricultural or forest waste (in chipped or shredded form) such as: sawdust, press mud, bagasse, paddy straw, sugarcane straw, coir pith, soybean husk, mustard straw, wood chips, veneer waste, tree barks, wood peeling, municipal solid waste, rdf( refuse derived fuel ) etc, can be dried using this dryer.

Hammer Mill

ECOSTAN® Hammer Mill

Hammer Mill Working Process: The dried agricultural and forest waste in chipped form is fed and conveyed into the hammer mill with the help of in-feed screw conveyor. The material is clashed by the hammer batten and is thereby shredded and expelled through perforated screen of a selected size which is pneumatically conveyed into cyclone with the help of ID Fan(s). The grinded material in granulated form is discharged by the airlock(s) at the discharge end.

Hammer Mill Grinder Use: Hammer Mill Grinder is used for the purpose to crush and granulate the agricultural and forest waste raw material into smaller pieces. The Biomass Hammer Mill , finely grinds the huge variety of biomass materials which can be directly used as a Biomass for heat generation or can be converted into Biomass Pellets or Biomass Briquettes.

In-put raw-materials: Any type of Chipped Agricultural and Forest Waste material can be used and processed through Biomass Hammer Mill. Some of the commonly processed raw material in Hammer Grinder are any type of wood chips or leftover wood waste, wood shavings etc, some of the agro waste mainly found are almond shells waste, corn cobs wet or dry, coir pith (coconut waste), agro-waste straw, soybean stalks, hay bales ( waste generated from farming land and rolled into bales), tree twigs, hazelnut shells, rice husk waste, black gram husk, groundnut shells, walnut shells, cottonseed hulls, bamboo shavings, and other chipped biomass wastes.

Chipper Grinder

ECOSTAN® Chipper Grinder

Process: Chipper Grinder is drum type chipper, the material is fed into chipper via help of in-feed belt conveyor, through which the material goes into chipper drum where it gets cut into smaller pieces with the help of moving chipper blades. The chipped material is screened out through perforated screen to ensure the appropriate output size of the material.

Use: Chipper Grinder is used for cutting and chopping of various types of Agro and Forest waste materials. It cuts the material into smaller size which helps to make the material portable and can be further used as a Biomass for heat generation or other purposes. The raw material output size can be adjusted up to some extent by changing the size of perforated screen used in Chipper Grinder.

In-put raw-materials: Any type of agricultural and forest waste such as pine needles, sugarcane trash, tree shrubs, tree leaves & branches, cotton stalks, paddy straw, wheat straw, arhar stalk, veneer waste, wood peeling, juliflora shrubs, bamboo tree waste, coconut, wild grass etc.

Shredder

EcoStan® Dual Shaft Shredder

Dual shaft shredder is a two shaft shredder with multiple shredding blades, spacers equipped with cleaning fingers to clean the blades and give raw-material a precise cut. The Ecostan Shredder is a Robust design machine made for heavy duty functioning. The In-feed & outlet conveyors can be purchased as an optional item for easy operation. The extra wide feed opening in-feed chamber is provided for trouble free operation. Shredder is equipped with an Ecostan Programmed Control Panel which ensures smooth function and fully automatic operation with auto reverse and forward function in case of over feeding.

Process: The raw-material can be fed directly into an in-feed chamber with the help of lifting loaders or in-feed conveyors. Further, the material enters into an in-feed chamber and shredder blades cut the material into required size as per specification. The cleaning fingers help to keep the baldes clean for smooth functioning of the machine and proper cutting of the raw-material. The shredded material is discharged at the disachared end and is ready to be used for further processing.

Use: The shredded waste can be used for further processing or shredded biomass can be directly used for heat generation purposes.
