01Raw Materials
Various types of raw materials such as agri-forestal waste, hospital or bio-waste, industrial waste, municipal waste, metal etc. can be shredded in Ecostan’s Shredder and used for further processing.

02Process
With the help of in-feed conveyors or lifting loaders, the raw-material can be fed directly into the in-fed chamber of this machine. The material enters further where shredder blades cut the material into required size as per the specifications. The cleaning fingers help in keeping the blades clean, ensuring smooth functioning as well as proper cutting of the raw-material. The shredded material is discharged at the discharge conveyors and is ready to use.

The Shredded material can be used for further processing i.e. direct, heating, briquetting, pelletizing, reusing, power generating, waste dumping, data destroying, plastic reprocessing etc.
