EcoStan® Everest 100 Machine has a production capacity of 2500 Kg per hour. The raw materials such as peanut seedling, weeds, rice and wheat straw, stalks of a corn plant, bean stalk, and leaves of trees are used for making good quality briquettes, etc. In addition to that, maximum 8 to 12 % moisture content is accepted for the scrap. And the debris that has excess humidity is dried and minimized to 25 percent to 50 percent in a ‘Flash Dryer’ machine and then over in a Rotary Drum dryer.
